Gina Walsh

Gina Walsh is currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at our Anacortes branch in Skagit County. She has worked in the banking industry for 27 years and has a strong background in construction loans and management. Gina has unparalleled experience in banking having worked her way up from a teller to a real estate loan production manager to now, a mortgage loan officer. Her experience makes her a very well-rounded lender with the care and confidence to create a great lending experience for her customers.

Having spent four years working as an escrow officer, Gina has an adept understanding of the title and escrow process. She also has specialized training in construction loans and the draw process. The best part about working with Gina is that she is an expert at navigating the loan process, which she knows can often be one of the most stressful parts of the home buying journey. The most fulfilling part of her job is making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. She is passionate about helping her customers realize that homeownership is possible even if they are unsure about their options.

Gina was born in Port Angeles, Washington and has since lived in Bellingham, Burlington, and now, Anacortes. She loves spending time with her family which includes her husband, four daughters, grandson, and son-in-law. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, walking, hiking, riding his motorcycle, or boating with friends. Gina has been volunteering with the Island Health Foundation’s Gala of Hope for the past eight years as the decor chair and previously served as board member for six years. Gina also serves as treasurer of Anacortes Family Center’s board for three years and has been a boardmember for five years.
